Civitas Schools Civitas Schools is an Educational Management Organization responsible for the operating four campuses of Chicago International Charter School (CICS). CICS Basil Campus, CICS Ellison Campus, CICS Northtown Academy Campus, and CICS Wrightwood Campus, serve 2100 students in grades Pre-Kindergarten through 12. Civitas Schools seeks to develop urban schools that produce student achievement and prompt civic responsibility.
