- Special Education Teacher/Case Manager
- P.E. Teacher
- 6th-8th Grade Math & Science Teacher
Qualifications:
Special Education Teacher/Case Manager
- Possess a Type 10 Special Education Certificate
- 5 years experience teaching special education students
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience writing a well-developed IEP
- Experience serving on the School Based Problem Solving Team Ability to collaborate with teachers to ensure appropriate modifications of the curriculum
- Ability to establish effective rapport with all stakeholders
- Ability to effectively communicate, orally and in writing
- Ability to communicate special education policies and procedures to all stakeholders
- Ability to support professional development for teachers
- Skillful in resolving and managing conflict
Physical Education Teacher
- Possess Illinois Certification for P.E.
- Ability to develop and teach an engaging health and fitness education program
- Ability to teach skills for lifelong sport and recreation activities
6th-8th Math and Science Teacher
- Degree in math or science
- Illinois Certified Teacher
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to develop engaging lessons
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues
- Reflective practitioner
