Below are some of the features that make Aspire the place to continue your career in teaching:
Student Impact: Aspire is dedicated to preparing its students for higher education. We do this by instilling a strong moral code of conduct, establishing good work habits, assessing student knowledge, measuring performance and growth and providing individualized instruction. It is the combination of all the above activities that allow us to be successful in impacting student lives.
School Leadership: At Aspire, you will be supported by a cohesive administrative team. Our Deans avail themselves to provide teachers assistance with lesson plans, classroom management, professional development and instruction and this is done minimally on a weekly basis.
School Culture: At Aspire you are part of a team of teachers that appreciates cross curricular instruction and meets to discuss how to integrate subject matter into lessons to ensure that the students are achieving their learning objectives. The school provides a safe and secure environment for the students and staff alike, thus creating a real community feel that parents are a part of on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
Teachers at NHA are responsible for planning, developing and presenting organized learning opportunities for students in accordance with approved curriculum and State standards at the assigned grade level. The teacher will prepare lesson plans, use data driven instruction to gauge student learning, maintain a welcoming, safe and attractive classroom environment, and establish high standards of student behavior.
Accountabilities

We are seeking candidates that are reliable and punctual in order to provide continuity and stability in the classroom and that demonstrate moral focus and personal values to students in everyday settings. Candidates should be self starters with effective classroom management skills, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for education.
