Job Description

 

The Noble Network seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support all Noble campuses in the development, training, administration & evaluation of effective human resources strategies.  As a member of a rapidly expanding organization, this position promises to be fast-paced, full of development opportunities and filled with variety.  The person in this role will have the opportunity to create first-class Human Resources practices, which will positively impact inner city schools so that teachers and school leaders can spend more time preparing low-income students for college.  This position is full-time with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefit package.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing Noble’s recruitment strategy, including building relationships with education organizations and organizing Noble’s annual teacher recruitment fair
  • Manage Taleo, our recruitment software, to ensure positions are posted uniformly and data can be efficiently tracked and gathered
  • Develop and organize teacher recruitment materials (e.g. brochures, handouts, social media)
  • Manage and enhance our performance management process, including leadership succession planning and developing metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of our performance management system
  • Assist with HR investigations, disciplinary proceedings and other employee relations situations as needed
  • Establish payroll administration controls, including providing back up support to the Payroll Administrator
  • Provide assistance with analyzing employee data for internal uses and external requests

Requirements:

 

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required
  • Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in Human Relations or office setting
  • Software Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
