Requirements:
Experience:
1. At least one year of teaching experience (preferred)
2. Experience working with children who have been educationally underserved
3. Candidate must be able to demonstrate the academic progress of students under his/her leadership and articulate the methods used to achieve those results.
Education:
1. Bachelor's degree in content area or education.
2. Masters degree in education (preferred).
Certification and Highly Qualified Requirements:
1. Valid Illinois Type 10 Music certification, or the Type 3 certification with the Music endorsement
2. Highly Qualified to teach Music
