Natalie Weiss, Chief Operating Officer and Director of School Supports

Natalie has been a member of the INCS team since August 2006. She originally came to INCS as part of a fellowship program with NewSchools Venture Fund. During the fellowship, Natalie worked to develop a school support services business plan for INCS. At NewSchools, Natalie was a Senior Analyst with the NewSchools East Coast office, where she focused on investment strategy, management assistance and portfolio evaluation. Natalie currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Bronzeville Lighthouse Charter School in Chicago.

Prior to joining INCS and NewSchools, Natalie was a Research Associate at the consulting firm Cornerstone Research, where she provided financial, economic and strategic analysis for issues arising in complex business litigation and regulatory proceedings. Natalie graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in Economics.
