Sample Request for Proposals
- Chicago Public Schools has developed a comprehensive application process including a detailed Request for Proposals (RFP) for new schools. We include the RFP and related “Answer Manual” here as an example. Note that in addition to charters, these documents mention “contract” and “performance” schools – two types of schools that are specific to Chicago.
