Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:
To excel in this exciting leadership position, the ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing a non-profit or school district business office. A minimum of a Baccalaureate in accounting is required, and a CPA and/or CSBO certification would be highly valued. You will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within our operations.
Your role as the Business Manager will include:
• Developing and managing the annual budget
• Managing the audit process and financial statement preparation
• Overseeing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Managing state claims and grants
• Assisting with select HR functions
• Working closely with staff, students, administration and the Board regarding all financial matters
