Supervises and evaluates elementary teaching and support personnel. Works closely with D300 administration and Upper School Principal (grades 5 -12 . Administer and supervise staff in accordance with current Illinois State Board of Education policies.
Professional Educator license with Principal endorsement
Master’s Degree in Education from an accredited educational institution
Provide leadership and supervision of teachers
Attend after-school and evening supervision
Maintain discipline through proactive and restorative discipline measures
Effective written and oral communication skills
Ability to maintain a positive public relations image
