Dear Community Member,
You are invited to participate in a virtual community meeting to discuss how to identify and expand STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) related assets and resources in your community.
This community conversation is being hosted by Argonne National Laboratory in partnership with Northwestern University’s Office of Community Education Partnerships, and The Arthur M. Brazier Foundation.
With a focus on developing tomorrow’s STEM leaders, Argonne has begun working with some local community members to gain a broader view of the south side’s STEM learning landscape by linking places, people, and programming within communities surrounding Hyde Park, including, Douglas (Bronzeville), Oakland, Kenwood, Grand Boulevard, Washington Park, Woodlawn, Greater Grand Crossing, and South Shore
